6th week

Yesterday was my first race since May! This foot injury has sidetracked so many things, but I will not let it break me. I have come so far... AND SO HAVE YOU!

Look at the amazing things you are going to accomplish this week. It's going to be so incredible. As always, remember to drink lots of water, ice your muscles if they are sore, stretch and rest as needed. You can do anything!!!
